I have a 2014 Nissan Leaf and am considering bringing it to PR. Not sure if import tax free incentive is still in effect. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks in advance.

I will suggest calling Hacienda directly. Or use their website tool to enter the car VIN number to find import taxes.

Thanks, trying the VIN number is a good idea. The most recent gov publication, stating that imported EV's are tax free, is from 2016, so I do want to verify that.
