Hi, I'm working in a reputed A grade company and my wife came in a job visa on last year August 2016 and she worked for five months and went back on January 2017after canceling the visa due to personal reasons .now in my company they are agreed to provide me family joining visa .But my doubt is to change the visa ,is there NOC needed from her previous employer ?
If yes,if I couldn't get NOC what should do to get her to oman in a family visa?
Please guide me

Hi Suresh457,

Since your wife cancelled her employment visa and has exited the Sultanate, now to return to Oman within 2 years from the date of her departure requires an NOC from her last employer.

Sometimes this rule can be bent, flexed, even broken to waive off the NOC requirement.

You must speak to your company PRO to see if 'something' can be done to get your wife over without the NOC.
