as i had already visited several times belgium before and now we have decided to settle in belgium and i am here since 1 month. as i come from nepal i would like to meet nepali living in belgium but as i am new i don't have any idea what to do and where to do, so if any of u guys can help me lets make a meet up i really miss nepal and nepali community.

Only 1 month and you are homesick? Why did you come to Belgium then? 
The sooner you start integrating with the native and local culture, the less you'll miss 'home'. I would suggest pursuing your usual activities or hobbies locally, for sure you'll meet locals that do the same things as you and have a start from there...
