I have plane to move in Poland next month what is the procedure for getting Poland residence.
appreciate if some one share information.

Do you have an European nationality??? If not, to have a residence permit you must marry with a Polish or find a job. For that, you must ask if your residence permit authorizes you to work in another European country. If not, you have to get a job/ a Polish company sponsor before to go in Poland and at less to work in IT or as ingenieur, it's impossible, above all if you don't speak the language.
So, if your residence permit is not valable for Poland, you can't leave for Poland next month...
