Namibia immigration or permanent residincy process

Hi everybody.

My name is Ruan. My wife and myself have family ties in Namibie and we seriously want to move there. I have read lots of blogs on this site where people ask for assistance about where to start, so now its me as well. If any body can please assist with info and initial documentation to get the ball rolling I will sincerely appreciate it.

My wifes grandfather was a Namibian with all the papers to proove it. Her mother is currently busy with citizenship application.
We are currently dealing with FishMar immigration services based in Walvisbay. I heared bad story's about them. Do you know anything about the company?
