Hi, i am pakistani, living in italy and i have PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO, my wife is italian and we want to go morrocco for holidays (1 week), can i travel with permesso di soggiorno without visa?

An Italian residence permit does not give the freedom of travel outside the EU. You will need a visa.
