Is it allowed for to transform tourist visa into work visa?

You can open a bank account in Georgia when you have atourist visa.
You can open a company in georgia, with yourself as director and shareholder.  It costs 100 GEL to register a company. 

You can take the new company documents to the Government office and apply for temporary residency because you are the director of a company in Georgia.

You will need to show that you have at least 3,800 GEL in your bank account in Georgia.
