On the contrary, if there is attestation from MOFA and Chamber then its is more valid and real.

If someone has to offer you a fake job, he won't go for attestations. So, yes it looks real.

But why are you asking? Are you paying money for this job?

I am not paying any Money but I didn't have any Interview just CV selection but since they are attesting the offer letter let's hope it's real. While attesting will the govt agencies cross check the company and its details?.

Offer without an interview ?? this could be a scam . Check about the company , website and any contact details. Who is discussing these details with you - is it an agent or company rep, if this is the agent ask them for the contact details of the company or try to reach them out directly to see if this is real.

Also, have a keen look at the electronic offer letter.  Are these stamps/attestations real?Do you see any traces of photo-shopping there?

Things are discussed with me by an employee working there, his talks seems genuine the company don't have a website it's a small consultancy only 7-8 officers are working there. I do have the phone number of the company. And if this is a scam he will ask for money which he didn't and he told no need of money as he is a staff and he will attest the offer letter...so what other motives will be there if it's a scam?.

If offer letter is chamberised then no worries

Maybe if you wil delay in that time they may hire someone else.
