I am interested in purchasing a used electric bike or motorbike. Any suggestions or tips on this? I am not sure where to go or how to find relevant info for Hai Phong area. Thanks!

This is a minefield.. expect it to be in dire need of service.. Sadly Vietnamese are not people who like to maintain bikes. Check brakes, wheel bearing, check if it smokes (white or black) check also head bearings. Try to take test drive..
