Is it me or it difficult to get a job in Germany? For the past 2 years I've been trying to get a job overseas in Europe especially in Germany.I'm now thinking of packing my things and go there with my suitcase and look for a job. By the way I'm a South African,black with more years in Teaching,HR and administration work experience.Looking for Teaching assistant job,HR or Administration work. Any advise or someone whose experience what I'm going through?

You did not mention what your German language skills are.
If they aren't very good to fluent, teaching, HR and most administrative tasks are out of reach for you. In addition, you need to have niche skills in an area where there are more jobs than suitable EU citizens (who must be hired first, by law).
