How much does it cost to rent an apartment/house in the Turks and Caicos Islands?
depends on the property, anywhere from $1,000 per month and up, there are some cheaper places under 1,000 but not necessarily where you want to live.
> How much do you pay for your public transport tickets (bus, subway, train, tram)? there is no public transport
> Staple food: what do people eat and how much do they pay for basic food like bread, rice or pasta? rice and peas is a staple, you can get bags of rice cheap from IGA, 15lb for $10 at the moment
>What is your monthly grocery budget? just groceries anywhere from $400 to $700
> How much does it cost to see a physician/doctor/specialist in the Turks and Caicos Islands ? no idea
> What is your children's schooling monthly budget? no children
> How much does it cost to fill up your car's fuel tank? just over $80
> How much do you pay for electricity/gas/water etc.? electricity is around $200 per month (no aircon but i have a pool and ceiling fans) water is via cistern and is $165 per "load"
> How much do you pay for your Internet/phone subscription? $107 per month for internet and cable package
> How much do you pay for your lunch pack on weekdays? i take a packed lunch, there arent convenient places to just grab food - unless its IGA and a premium
> How much do you pay for an espresso coffee? around $4-5
> How much do you pay for a cinema ticket? there is no cinema
> How much does a gym membership cost in the Turks and Caicos Islands? around $80-100
