Hi I just wanted to ask if I have a car on finance & I wanted to change my job. I have to cancel my visa but I have noc. Can I travel and come back on the new job visa.

You can travel, that's for sure but when will you come back?!!! that's the questions.
It might take time to get your new work visa. Therefore, it would be wiser to settle any issues related to your car before leaving the country.
