Hi,

I have around 10 years of hands-on experience in HR functions with MNC Bank. few months back relocated from USA to SG in dependent pass.

Got an offer from a MNC Bank however my EP got rejected so couldnt join. applied many jobs in portals but no luck so far.

Can anyone help me with any leads or references. Appriciate all inputs.

I am interested for Career change too.

As holder of a DP, you can apply (at MoM) for a Letter of Consent (LoC) that allows you to work. However, it has become more and more difficult to get an LoC and many applications are rejected. In addition, most employers do not know about or do not like the LoC (because a trailing spouse is less likely to work hard and stay long), and those who do will pay you much less than your market rate. If you cannot get an EP, it might still be the best path forward.
