Advice on Import/Export License

Good day.

I am looking to setup a restaurant in Yangon and some special food ingredients may be rare and expensive to source in Yangon,  i may need to import from other countries.

Just to check, is there any special licensing (like export/import license) i need to apply in order to import these food? How would be the processes like?
