Accommodation in OUTSIDE Yangon

Hi,

I am moving to Myanmar in May but need advice of where outside Yangon (but within a 1 -  hour distance I can get reasonable priced house,  I need house as I have 2 dogs which will need outside space.

Any ideas of where I could look ?

Any suggestions much appreciated.
