Serviced apartment? hotel? HCMC for a month

Hi guys,

I'm going to travel soon to HCMC, for 20-30 days with 2 people for business and hopefully we'll come often if everything works well.
I guess it's more economical to rent a 3 BR serviced apartment by month, rather than take 3 separate rooms in a hotel. So my question is, what is the average price for a 3 BR serviced apartment in district 1, with all amenities, good security, daily cleaning service, fast internet, has kitchen utensils if possible, washing machine, safe, cable tv with english channels, maybe gym & swimming pool, and anything else that a hotel can provide & lastly good location. So what price range am I looking at here? $1000? $1500? +2000$ per month? If possible, someone has a contact for an agency that can help?
