Job Description:

We are looking for a interior designer + 3d Modeler / Render to join our multidisciplinary team.
Create 3D models with comprehensive lighting and materials rendering packages. Develop and maintain 3d fixture libraries for all design tiers. Develop and maintain 3d standards for overall interdepartmental & consultant use. Good skill at Auto CAD drawings to develop the technical (/definitive) drawings.  Develop strong partnerships with design managers, consulting architects, & internal partners to attain required project specific information.

Ability to read architectural documents and millwork-level drawings & details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

1.    Professional Degree (Architecture / Interior Design preferred)
2.    3-5 years' experience Required
3.    Technical Knowledge in: Auto CAD + 3DS MAX Vray / Sketch Up 2014 / Rhino Network Rendering (preferred softwares)/ Revit .
4.    Adobe Creative Suite
5.    Ability to provide a high attention to detail.
6.    Have demonstrated skills in texturing, lighting the creation of photo-realistic renderings.
7.    Have strong skills in CAD drawing development (technical drawings).
8.    Highly organized, efficient, and dynamic in practice.
