Hi guys just wondering if a marriage in the Philippines also valid in switzerland??? Fil-swiss marriage in Ph.. or we should marry again in switzerland to make it valid in his country?? Just a bit confuse...

That the depends highly on the nationality of that people and how much time they spent together before the marriage.

If two people from the Philippines are getting married, yes, that marriage is valid in Switzerland.

If a Swiss lady gets married with a Philippinen man in the Philippines, he may not get permission to relocate to Switzerland.

He is a swiss and i am a fil... My question is not about relocation just that if the marriage in philippines valid in switzerland that he is also having a married status in his country because he is married in Philippines? But thank you for the response...
