One of the main problems I encountered when coming to North coast DR was finding a descent apartment. I eventually found a small studio that suited my budget and needs. A friend here is looking for someone to take over his apartment. He is moving into a villa but has 3 months left on his lease. This apartment I would take, however I am expecting to be leaving once again on a long term contract to Asia. This large 1 bedroom apartment is fully equipped. The location is a 5 min walk to downtown Sosua. If anyone is interested, send me a PM and I can provide more details and photos.
