Fab!  At the end of this week I can post which movies are on next week and at which cinemas. Then we can all say what day is best for us and what movie we prefer.  Does that sound good?

Does anyone else have the inclination to organise the movie night for me?   I have been really unlucky this week.  Tues - upset stomache in the morning. In the evening slipped on ice and injured my back and neck - am seeing back specialist at hospital today.  If that was not enough, my laptop broke this morning and I have to come into the uni library to check my e-mail (so I cant see it over weekend or evening).  A few members have my phone number so if anyone wants to suggest a day and time for a movie next week please do

If no-one else wants to then I will once I am sorted out with a laptopn again.  Fingers crossed mine can be fixed

Currently on travel, but will be back in march first week...
I can join as well from then!! Let me know when and where...

I have a new laptop!!!!!!!

There are a few good movies coming up.  I fancy Black Swan (not sure release date) though maybe it will appeal more to us girls.  Any other suggestions? 

I am not going to that movie I'm sorry but that sounds like ..ehm.. not good movie I'd rather go for some comedy like no strings attached or something like that. Or watched scot pilgrim agains world for the third time. Also, how do you check coming movies?

6 March works for me: )  Thank you for being brave enough to suggest a date I think the list of new movies comes out that week on the Thursday (though I may be wrong).   Shall we post here next Thursday with our suggestions and who wants to come?

It is premiered on 3rd March - so Sunday works great for me, still we can make it even on Saturday and have some descent afterparty still be capable of going to work/study on MOnday!

Rango sounds FUN!!!!!!!  Lets see if it is in English and once we know get a post up.  I admit I am hopeless at checking listings - never understand what is what

Very short notice - BUT - anyone fancy a movie this week as well as Sun 6th. I REALLY want to see Black Swan (maybe a bit girlie) - Arena Plaza at 5.30 or 8 this week. I can do Tuesday at 8 or Wed either time I am having a blonde day so if anyone is interested could they double check times as a friend told me what they were

I need to pass on Black Swan - tried to watch it on PC and it was toooooo weird for me to digest. Good luck !

Mom park. the best place for english movies - most of the movies either in English subtitled or even with no subtitles - simply in English

I usually just go to English movies (no English subtitles).  Often MOM park as a friend has a car, but I don't think it will be too hard to get to by public transport.  She is not in Budapest this weekend.  If the best showing is MOM Park, maybe those of us on the Pest side could meet up somewhere central and travel there together.

West end is often good too and ocassionally Arena Plaza, though not often.  Depends on the movie times really

I checked the times for Rango at Mom park the 6th, so it will be subtitled at 17.00, 19.15, 21.30

Which time would be the best?
What about going at 17.00 and then having dinner somewhere at the mall for who wants to join??

Yes, 17.00 would suit me as I have a little 'exam' on Wednesday and daren't leave the house just now   It a good time as if anyome wants a quick snack then we won't be out too late.

Everyone ok with this? Also who wants to meet up on Pest side 1st so we don't get lost?

I am great for 17.00 but I'd rather go somewhere to the downtown for dinner/afterparty - Mom park is not that good for food. Though I know some cool places, I think on the Pest side.

I think there is a parking at Mom park...

I was just thinking about going and eat something simple, cheap, quick, after the movie so that we get a chance to actually chat together for a while. And not spend too much time travelling on that day.
But we could also organize another meeting sometime later (next week? week after?) in a proper restaurant!

Going to Pest for food is a good idea, though it has to be cheap as I am a student

Mom Park is ok for parking, but if we go onto Pest it may be harder - unless there are not so many of us and we all fir into the car
