Applying Aupair

Its mentioned in the rules that
"No one in the host family can be the au pair's spouse, cohabitant, parent, child, sibling, cousin, brother/sister in law or uncle/aunt."

The fact that their son is your boyfriend might be an issue.  I am not sure if you can hide this fact from them since you visit Norway before.  They will ask you who are you visiting etc

Hi i just want to ask if anybody here are same situation about my visa application to norway,,
I applied au pair visa last May 22 here in taiwan,, over 2months now and i haven't receive any notification email yet from the UDi i was worried about what happen to my application and i turn 30 y/o this coming sept.4
Can anybody help me some idea with that or same sitution about my visa status?

if you have not yet applied, now is not a good time:

It is still possible to submit an application for a residence permit from certain countries, but such as the situation is at the moment, we will not grant a residence permit to persons staying outside Norway.

We do not know when we can once again start granting residence permits to people who are outside Norway.
