Which are your best tips to meet people and to make friends in the Ivory Coast??

Really good question, but even me looking for answers. I think best way is to talking, While you are entering Ivory coast you get get some contact in flight by talking to your by passanger ,if teh person lives in CI then he must be knowing well CI and he/she might be your guide and friend.Going freequently to resturants also may be one more way to get friends
