I am desperately looking for a new gyn/obs who speaks english.
I like my previous one but we want to avoid ****. Delivery there was great but everything else was horrible. We never want to set foot there, not even by accident.
Leuven has incredibly long waiting lists.
How are the gyns in ixelles and st pierre?
Any recommendations?

If all you are after is someone to do a 3 year cervical smear, your GP can do that.
If you have no gynae problems, then no need for a gynae, go to a GP.
GPs can deal with many things gynaes deal with, plus they are cheaper.
