Hi All
Does anyone know of a canoe/kayak hire place in Budapest? Not a tourist tour place/website, but a "proper canoe hire" place where one person can hire a canoe for an hour or so for example. If you know of such a place, could you please post their contact details here. Thanks.

I think mainly these canoe places are linked with company sports places bordering the Danube. I've seen there a bunch of these kinds of places around about Aquincum on the left hand side of the Danube as you go north towards Szentendre. Maybe they can help.

Check this place at Rómaifürdő:
53 Nánási Road, Budapest, 3r district.

It is very cheap and correct place. 2000-3000 HUF/day.
But I would recommend to check the Danube in Szob or Nagymaros. There are many places in the ports and the this is a nicer place for canoeing.
