Hi,
I didn't live out of Turkey more than 1 month and I can't speak Persian and I'm married to a Persian guy. Because we are concerned about our safety in Turkey we decided to move to Iran, most possible to Tehran. Most important thing that I need help is how can I get a driving license? I have turkish driving license do I need to make it international in order to convert it to Iranian driving license? Secondly is there anywhere pet friendly? Like macka park in Istanbul that most of the people bring their dog they run, play... Is it abnormal to bring our small size pet to cafe, restaurant...? Which places are safe for our pet to come?

I think its better for you to move to north side of tehran where people are more open to having dogs around although rentals are much higher on this side
