Hi, I'm a software developer living in Belgium.
Me and my family are planning to move to New Zealand.
It seems very difficult to find a job without a visa.
Can anyone give my any advice?

It will be impossible to get work if you do not have a visa.
I suggest you check out www.immigration.govt.nz for visa information and advice.
Also contact the nearest NZ Embassy to you.
