My French, Dutch and Flemish are pretty much nonexistent but I'd like to change this. Any ideas on where to go to start working on my French. My budget is also limited so bare this in mind when making recommendations. Thanks in advance

If you are not working, learning French is free through ACTIRIS, FOREM etc. If you are working, you can get study cheques to cover the cost.
Public adult education schools are less than 1 euro an hour.

As I said, you get the study cheques through Actiris, Vdab or Forem. Please read.

I went through Actiris to learn dutch during my gap year in Brussels and I must say I had the best teacher I've ever had. She would make so enjoyable to attend her class each morning. Maybe I got lucky but in 30 days I can say I learned a lot
