i need some advice!!!

i have a friend(filipina) in uk and she's a holder of visitor visa. can she marry his fiance? please advice me i dont have any idea... thanks and god bless

As she is under immigration control, she would need to apply for a COA (certificate of approval) to marry in the UK. However, I dont believe you are able to apply for a COA whilst on a visitors visa, so I am afraid the answer to this is no.

She will still need to return to her home country and apply for a fiance visa if she wishes to marry (and settle) in the UK. If she doesnt want to settle, she will need a marriage visit visa.
