Where to Live in Davao

Hey everyone,

I am a 40 year old American. Lived in Cebu for a few years and next year I plan to live in Davao for a month or maybe longer.

I work on the internet so I need a strong wifi connection and ideally an area where there are some cafes I can work out of on my laptop.

Looking for a nice area but not looking to spend more than 1,000 USD per month. I know that I can get $350 per month in places and I am game for that, but quality of life is vital to me.

Any ideas, thoughts, etc I would be appreciative.

You can go to Google map first and search for cafes in davao then choose a place where it has more cafe shown on the map and start your search for a place to stay on that area. I suggest you choose an apartment where it has its own unit wifi so you will have a strong signal at your own place and you don't have to go out when you're not in the mood to but need to be online.
