Looking for advise...
My employment pass cancellation initiated online and given 30 days noc based on new offer letter. Now new company not started the visa process and 25 days over.
1. Now can i go back my home country and apply visit pass and come back to malaysia after cooling period 3 months
2. Or can i ask immigratiom for special pass.
Please advise what to do

you can apply for special pass they will give most likely 30 days
