Hello,

I want to make some money but outsourcing translation services to germans in germany. therefore i registered a company in Germany. Do i still have to register a chinese company to earn money here in china? I want to cooperate with translation companies here in china. Or can i just let the chinese company send money to my german company account?

Cheers

Paul

Many Chinese companies are not allowed to transfer money abroad. You will need at least an agent in China who collects the money for you, or you can register your own company.
Also, many Chinese companies do ask for a Tax Invoice, without that invoice they cannot issue the payment. Only Chinese companies can issue this kind of invoice.
