I will be traveling to Panama in Feb. Panama City, David, Boquette and Boca Del Toro are my destinations. any advice on comfortable but low cost places to stay and anything to see off the beaten path would be appreciated

You can always stay at the Purple House; it is a motel in David City. (Neat and close to everything)
Hotel Nacional (1st hotel in Chiriqui)
Hotel Los Rivera (brand new)
Hotel Ciudad David (5-Star Hotel)
