I am Paul from New England and travel for vacation to TCI once a year. So I am interested in find out information on the Island including building a home where I do not know any builders. I just enjoy coming down and relaxing and having a good time in TCI.

My suggestion is to figure out where the expats are on the island and network with them they're the ones that are going to have the information

You may get better answers in the Turks and Caicos Islands forum, or maybe even the English forum since these islands are British Overseas Territory and that the small islands forum doesn't seem to get much activity.
