You can also have a look at FV hospital located in district 7. There is Pain management unit in there. They can also perform CT-Scan or MRI, and physio therapy in case of need for you. As Pain control therapy is not much intervention procedures, so you can try there.
Please check and book appointment with dr . Hoa. ( she had been an Anesthesiologist befoore).

ACC (American Chiropractice Clinic) as mentioned above is also a good recommendation, but focus much on Chiropractice rather than medical treatment like hospital.
