Hi mr. Sumitran,
How are you.

My wife employer are doing cancellation of her employment visa doing job in health secter by giving NOC .I am working here in oman and want to apply visit visa for my wife .I can apply well before time cancellation or only after she exit from oman and then I can apply .she is trying for new job if she got new offer hopfully in visit period afer getting clearance and visa then she can exit to Dubai and can come on employment visa or she needs to go to India and then coming on employment again.

Hi dr areeb,

A passport cannot be stamped with two valid visit visas for the same country ! Obviously, your wife has to get her existing visa cancelled and only after that can you apply for her visit visa.

Once she lands a new job, your wife has to exit the Sultanate and re-enter on her new employer's employment visa. It does not matter from where she re-enters the country.
