i'd like to get your experience regarding taxation in case when you work from Estonia (Estonian resident) for a foreign company (outside of EU) - what re the taxes in this case? Who can advise on it?

Unless you've seen a specific law, I would assume that you'd be paying Estonian tax rates as it sounds like you are physically working and living in Estonia. Best wishes,
