Aqaba is devided to several resedential areas as 3rd 4th 5th .... 10th the best are 5th 7th and 8th ... average cost of rental about 5usd per square meter and selling price as average around 1000 us dollar per square meter ... utilities might reach the same as rental cost noting that elictrec bill for 1000 kw will be 200 us dolar and 2000 kw will be around 650 us dollars and so on property tax equal 1 over 12 of the yearly rental cost that will be paid by owner if not other was mentioned in rental agreement. ... yes I am from aqaba .
