What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Dalian?

Hi There,
Because of not a foreseen circumstances, we'd like to sell our 34.6m2 bachelor flat on Min Zhu Square. As presently in the cheap category RMB 11000.-/m2 is the price /by international property-site/, for the possible easiest procedure we are looking for RMB 10 000.-/m2, on our hand, after tax, expenses..../We bought 3 years ago for 10% more!!!!/
Needs good coordination, as we stay in the R.O.K.
