Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to rent by the hour, to teach Kung Fu / Martial Arts in Phnom Penh?

The styles I teach are more like Tai Chi - that is, we don't need kick bags, rings, mats etc.

The main requirements for a suitable hall or studio are a smooth clean floor (boards would be nice), and bathrooms. In an ideal world, mirrors, air conditioning and showers would be perfect.

As close as possible to town center would be great.

Teachers in our association often teach in dance studios, yoga studios, that kind of thing.

If anyone has any ideas or recommendations about halls, studios or anywhere that I might contact or check out, please let me know.

please note I am ideally looking to rent space in an existing facility, 2-3 hours once or twice a week to begin with. This is not an inquiry for a commercial property.

Small spaces are better, maybe 6m square up to 10m square or thereabouts.

In UK I was paying around 10 to 20 per hour depending on the facilities.

Somewhere like an existing dance or yoga studio that has space available for rent would be good.
