Flat/Roomsharing options in UB city centre?

Hello all!

I'll be moving into UB next weekend and have been looking for someone offering a room or where I could find roomsharing options? Or perhaps there was someone who was willing to split an apartment together? Preferably a place close to Sukhbaatar square, but I'm willing to be flexible
