Hello Rana,
Thank you for taking so much interest in helping your Pakistani workmate in learning Arabic. 
Labanese accent is Lavantine Arabic with a lot of influx of French words , where as Egyptian accent is more heard of because of popularity of Egyptian movies and TV serials.
There is only one way to learn these dialects, by taking courses in these countries or by mixing around with its countrymen.
I would recommend that he improves his Classical Arabic (MSA modern standard arabic) which is respected and understood throughout the world.
