If you are a foreigner, almost always dual pricing in a developing country. Developed Asian countries like ROK and Singapore don't do that, but they are expensive as hell.
Yet Manila compared to HCM or vientiane or Bangkok is overpriced. Probably due to lack of good transportation infrastructure. If that's what the market will bear.

bcs rich foreiner raise the root rent fee.....manila every high builder 95% is chinese live...
in the patamic,they many goback,,, only 70% chinese,and another country 30% ... the room rent just only half.... reduce 50% ....
