I am going to build a 2 st house

Going price in Sri lanka at the moment is Rs. 5000 per sq. ft all inclusive. This includes the design by an architect upto hand over. But there are ways and means of cutting down costs. For eg. you can choose a bathroom set from Rs. 25,000 upto Rs. 250,000or even more. Everything depends on your choice and the time frame allocated for the project.  Kamal Semage
