After sales customer service in Slovakia is non existent. When you are spending money they are very nice to you. However, if you have a return or some problem with your purchase they instantly transform into the rudest most ignorant person you will ever meet. There is no such thing as exchanging your faulty product for a new one, they will send away to decide that you were wrong anyway, and this takes a month.
