Let me advice you,  please use assistant instead of helper if you want someone doing office job other than domestic job as it broaden the meaning and rather make people get confused.You should specify the role properly as the word "helper" is mean for Burmese people.
Sorry it is nothing relating to me but I couldn't take it when I see your ad. You should have some respect to Burmese people regardless of their background.
