What's wrong with your current work in Malaysia ? The best method, in my opinion, for looking for work in another country is to come and live here, and then apply for jobs 'locally' and be ready for interviews, cold calls to employers (CV submissions, etc.), and word-of-mouth through the local network, communities, etc. Your chances are greatly reduced by living in Malaysia but seeking a job (elsewhere) such as in Vietnam, as CVs received online are 'a dime a dozen' assuming they are even viewed by the employer. Also, truly evaluate why you insist on working in Vietnam - better work opportunities in your field, family/girlfriend, pay, or other reasons - versus staying in Malaysia, or even consider other countries such as Cambodia, Laos, China, Myanmar, Middle East, or even back in India ... Good Luck!

I am work in Malaysia for some reason and situation. Within 3 months later my contract will be finish.

So now I am looking Job in Vietnam and

I need to come there and stay there for short time for looking job
Because while I am apply job, they are asked me now where are you? Do you stay here?
That mean they expected I am in Vietnam.

There are many India based companies operating in Vietnam, perhaps those companies would be a place to look. As an American I often first search for America based companies when looking for work.
I have several Indian friends working here and all work for companies from India. Ex. Olam.
