I would definitely advise adoption against purchasing. We have a lovely global organization here in SA "Open Paws" that takes serious action and care towards animals in this country. Check their list of offered dogs for adoption on their facebook page and if u need help with the procedure buzz me as I used to do volunteer work for them before. Good luck
