Has anyone got experience of employing a Paraguano? I am thinking of employing a relation as a builder or labourer for maybe 1 year? Does an employee have great protection by the laws in Paraguay?

Hardest part is finding a person that is a good worker. Paraguayans are the laziest people I've ever encountered. When I am looking for someone I only hire someone from a different country.

Thanks jag. I look forward to more posts in this subject as i previously had employees in Colombia and may also in PY. i thank any and all to share even opinions since this is a small forum.
