where is your incorrect name mentioned? As it seems its not incorrect but rather misplaced in terms of family name, second name etc.

who ever got the visa issued bring it with a new visa issuence form they will issue a new visa either on the same day or next day the only thing u have to pay kd3 again.same i got it for my wife.but see in arabic if it is correct as per yr passpot then there is no problem and u can come to kuwait easily
