I have/had a Brazilian Visa from 2010 (with photo) but my passport expired and I now have a new passport.  Do I have to get a new Brazilian Visa (even though the visa I obtained in 2010 was supposedly good for 10 years?

Usually what happens is you keep the old passport with the visa in, they will just clip the corners, the visa in the old passport is still valid. This is a standard international practice.

Steve's reply is completely accurate :) I concur :)
